Master Plan - GEMINI
Our proposal for the Morro dos Veadas Complex deer was guided by its privileged location, where nearly all of its boasts a panoramic view of mussolo bay, leading us to approach the issue of land occupancy based on the premise of avoiding overcrowding.
The adopted solution seeks the economic feasibility of implementing the system, but with the assurance of preserving the views, large portions of permeable area, areas for reforestation or tree stands. due to its size, the worked area is composed of sub-areas with diverse geographical and topographical fea- tures. based on these conditions, we divided the land into some sub-areas of use and distinct forms of occupation.
That way, we intend to create a housing area of exceptional quality in terms of integration with nature, in terms of social relationships, where the equipment ends and the clubs, parks, and cultural areas become the instruments of socialization and community life, creating the autonomy of the whole, giving the place a unique identity and leveraging the maximum value of this privileged area.
