Casa Laender
BELVEDERE HOUSE

Casa Belvedere, located in Jardim Piemonte – Belvedere, is located on the ground in such a way as to follow the contour lines, avoiding earth moving. On the ground floor, one and a half meters below street level, are the entrance hall, the living room, the dining room, the study and the kitchen. On the outside are the balcony, the grassy terrace, the deck, the swimming pool and the volume of the dressing room and sauna that has access to the garage.

The garage, with space for four cars, as well as the entire service part of the residence, is located in the basement. On the first floor is the private part of the residence: four suites, an intimate living room and a terrace.

The building's location respects the mandatory distances and is oriented east-west, with most of its openings facing the view of Serra do Curral.

Both vehicle access and pedestrian access are via a ramp. In addition to the mandatory setback of 3 meters, the house is set back even further, leaving a space for the front garden. Upon arrival, we see the play of blind white planes, the tree that sprouts from this garden and the portal that marks the entrance to the house, revealing the sky and the ground.
