MASTERPLAN RESIDENTIAL JABUTICABAS

Situated just 4 km from the center of Curvelo, the area offers a unique location to live surrounded by nature, with a wide view and a very pure air. Its gentle slopes and green character inspired the implantation model.

The set sits smoothly on the ground, reducing earthworks, opposing large cuts and accentuated slopes. Thus, there is an appreciation of the topography, slopes, preservation areas and points of view. It consists of a set of residential lots, embraced by a green belt.

The highlight of the park is the lake. The surrounding area forms a central garden, with leisure facilities and trails for walking and cycling, generating from the lake, a social center overlooking it. The park connects the boulevards and the local roads, creating spaces, paths to walk and enjoy nature. This system serves to conduct rainwater and still enhances the views to the landscape. Such connections branch out into trails, avenues, bike paths, woods and squares. The layout encourages a drift course, punctuated by nooks and crannies and surprises.

The central boulevard creates the space distribution structure. In it, the beds expand, generating wooded areas, bucolic and sheltered ambiences.

The boulevard is divided into two arms, allowing an easy division of the project phases. Both culminate in generous squares, each with a specific character, housing sculptures that value and serve as reference elements.  From there the local roads start, which give direct access to the lots._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_These, distributed parallel to the contours, avoid significant slopes in the frontal alignments of the lots.

At the end of each one, the cul-de-sac opens onto the landscape of the park, enriched by supporting elements such as benches, bike racks, gym equipment and small squares.

The highest point on the site is reserved for the chapel. It is a reference point with a panoramic view, up to the center of Curvelo;  a clearing on the circumference of the natural vegetation. The other tops do not include buildings, allowing free access to these observation points.

This location allows all lots to have a view and intimate contact with nature. The final design is an organic, light, airy, sinuous weave, allowing the feeling of living in a park.
